Cynthia is the administrative assistant to our CEO, assisting with scheduling, business development projects, and preparing presentations.  She also helps the whole team on company initiatives and provides marketing and social media support, plans company events, updates the CRM, and engages in the client experience.  A true team player, Cynthia keeps the office running smoothly.

I always knew I wanted to help people and be a part of a team who has the same passion.  At The Advisory Group, I am proud to be in a role that support people with their finances. Being financially literate is something that most of my family struggled with as immigrants in this country, so I wanted to be different. After doing my own research, I began my career in banking when I started college.  Through my varied experiences, I have learned so much already; and, I keep learning every day.

Currently when I am not working I am studying or working part-time as a therapist for school-aged children. I enjoy spending time with family and friends and traveling to new destinations. One of my favorite parts about traveling is trying new foods and discovering new genres of music.

One of the most recent places I traveled to was Oahu,Hawaii, and I loved it! It was a change of scenery and experiencing a more relaxed pace of life was very humbling. At least twice a year I travel to a new country or city. Next on my bucket list is Greece and a cruise throughout the Caribbean.

I am not a huge sports fan but growing up (and now) I was/am surrounded by family members who are huge sports fans of all the local teams (49ers, Warriors, SF Giants, San Jose Sharks). My favorite sport to watch is basketball, and I hope to attend a Warriors game this year.
